Passport Origins Coffee was born from a lifelong passion for exceptional coffee.
In the early 1990s, two brothers grew up on a coffee estate nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, where coffee was cultivated across more than 300 acres of fertile land.
From an early age, they learned that producing extraordinary coffee began long before roasting; it started with carefully selecting only the finest ripe coffee cherries at harvest.
Surrounded by experienced farmers, mill operators, and coffee experts, they developed a deep respect for the craftsmanship, dedication, and tradition behind every bean. They learned that every coffee origin has its own personality, shaped by its soil, altitude, climate, and the people who cultivate it with care.
Those childhood experiences inspired a dream that extended far beyond Puerto Rico.
